The subsonic wire flame spraying SX-6015 system, uses oxygen and acetylene flame&©|160;
spray as the heat source of spraying. Spraying wire will be fed into the system by highly stable pressure of the compressed air. SX-6015 subsonic flame wire spraying system has both advantages of the&©|160;
traditional flame high speed gun and medium speed gun.&©|160;&©|160;Operator can easily select either high speed gun to spray coating low melting point materials (3mm zinc wire and aluminum wire) or medium speed gun to spray coating high melting point materials (&©|160;2mm carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, copper wire, etc.).&©|160;
SX -&©|160;6015 subsonic flame wire spraying system is extremely suitable for small workpiece or small area&©|160;
repair and surface treatment, being an effective complement in the thermal spraying series&©|160;
